At Azy’s Place Children's Center, we open our doors and hearts to kids aged 18 months to 16 years! No matter their abilities, background, beliefs, or gender, every child is celebrated as the vibrant individual they are—not just a number in the crowd.
We have outlined several steps to assist you with the enrollment process at Azy’s Place.
If you are interested in enrolling your child in our program, please verify the availability of openings. Should there be no openings, we encourage you to add your name to the waiting list; we will contact you as soon as a spot becomes available.

During our tour, you and your child will have the opportunity to meet our teachers and other children, as well as explore the various engaging activities that our center offers. This is an excellent opportunity for parents to address any concerns or questions and discuss essential information regarding their child's needs.
An Enrollment Packet must be submitted by a parent or guardian prior to the child's start date.
All payments and necessary paperwork must be completed and submitted to the director before the designated start date.
The Parent/Provider Contract may be terminated by either Azy’s Place or the parent. Upon notice of termination, all outstanding bills must be settled in full, irrespective of which party initiates the termination of child care services.
Azy’s Place reserves the right to terminate a child's enrollment immediately and at its discretion for any reason deemed necessary.
The final payment will cover the child's last two weeks of care, regardless of whether the child is present during that period.
